Cane & Grain

With three floors to explore, this bar has it all! Start at the bottom of the building on the ground floor where you will find The Rib Joint & Tap Room. This is a restaurant is inspired by the 80’s skate scene and legendary skate shop Cast. Here you can tuck into some delicious “Bar Bites”, “Meat + Bones” and “Stuff in Bread”. Their drinks menu will take you right back to the 80’s with cocktails such as the Dark Slide and Vice tea sour. Beers from across the globe and Hangover Cures that are on offer every Sunday. This bar will quickly become your best friend open from midday until 2AM.

The next floor up is a relaxed high-end cocktail bar, Science and Industry. Sit back and enjoy full table service, modern day classic cocktails and some long experimentations. The cocktail list for the Science and Industry bar is ongoing and not what you would expect. This bar likes to experiment and come up with a few different techniques to create incredible beverages. This bar opens daily from 6PM until late.

Finally, on the second floor, we have The Liars Lounge. You may recognise its name slightly from a previous bar mentioned, The Liars Club. Well, this is essentially the baby from Cane and Grain and The Liars Club. Open Friday to Saturday 5PM until 2AM and available for hire on Wednesdays and Sundays. This bar serves specialised Tiki-style cocktails, beer & cider, wine and house shots and if you and the lads are getting peckish chilling out at this tropical paradise you are able to order the Rib Joint’s full food menu so no one has to go hungry.
