Every group booking a Gents Events Package automatically qualifies for their own Gents Events Privilege Card. Gents Event Privilege Card - In Detail
Personal Party Planner:
- Upon booking you will be assigned a Gents Events Party Planner
- They will manage all parts of your event from booking and securing each venue, confirming all requirements, through to writing up your weekend itinerary
- This Party Planner has access to the best party resources available
- We have expertise and regularly visit all our City locations
- Your Party Planner will organise all parts of your package for you and will be accessible to you through out to answer and sort out any questions or queries you may have
- Leaving you to sit back, relax and take all the credit
Direct Payment Plans:
- Gents Events take the hassle out of organising the payment for your Event
- Does the thought of getting everyone in your group to pay up fill you with dread and possibly hit you with interest charges on your credit card?
- Then Gents Events offer you the service where each member of your group can pay us direct. Simply ask your group members to call 0870 850 1078 and quote the lead-name
- Payment can be made on any debit card, fee free. Credit cards can be used although please note there will be a 2% surcharge will be applied due to bank charges
- Each member can decide whether they prefer to pay off a little amount each month or later in one lump sum. You don't need to get involved
- Your Party Planner will simply email you 6 weeks prior to your Party Date with an update of who has paid what
- This will therefore leave your balance as 'paid in full' or give you the names of people who have yet to pay. Which you can send out a polite! text or email asking them to give us a bell to settle their balance
- Therefore no hassle for you!
10% Party Products Discount Voucher:

By being a Gents Events Group, this automatically qualifies you for 10% discount from any product order made.
Upon booking your Gents Events Package you will be given your Privilege Card Code. To qualify for your 10% discount choose one of the following options:
- Place your order on line. Proceed to check out & pay for your order in full. Email your Party Planner that you have placed a Product Order and quote your Code. Your 10% discount will be refunded back to you
- Place your order with our Product Team on 0870 850 1078 and pay via card. Quote your Privilege Card Code and our Product Team will take your order and immediately deduct your 10% discount
- Please note: Only 1 product promotion is valid at any one time
Stag & Hen Go Free:
- Book your Stag Party Package with www.gentsevents.co.uk
- Get the 'other half' Hen Party to book their package with our sister Company www.ukgirlthing.co.uk
- You will receive 1 free place on each event
- Group size for both events to total a minimum of 30 people
- Available on 1 or 2 night packages
Bar & Club Guide:
- Gents Events know of all the best ‘hot spot’ Bars & Clubs to go to as well as where great promotions are available
- Our Product Development Team visit all the main cities every month so we can let you know of the best venues to visit
- We will supply your group with an exclusive Gents Events Bar Guide that tells you exactly where they are
- So you don't waste any time trying to track them down and only visit the cities best bars
Subscription to Exclusive Monthly Offers:
- E-Newsletter: Join our exclusive E-newsletter to keep updated on great offers and promotions available. These will be Stag Party specific and also general socialising offers
- Bar Monthly Offers: Prior to your Party Event we will contact the best Bars in your chosen City and ask them to confirm what promotions and offers are available in their Bars. This will then be forwarded to you making sure your Stag Kitty goes further!
£50 Cash Back:
- After you have been on a Gents Events Weekend each group member will be offered our 'Recommend Us or Book Again' £50 Cash Back
- If your recommendation to a friend or you book with us again, you will automatically get a £50 cash back
- This will be awarded once the group have paid their full balance
- The new booking must include a 1 or 2 night package and include a minimum of 14 people
