Despatching of Orders

Most orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.  If your deadline is urgent please notify us upon ordering. We will contact you if this deadline can not be matched.  We will also notify you by email on the day of despatch, so please ensure you have accurately provided your email address. Please also check that you have given a telephone number as an alternative means of contact. All orders will require a signature on delivery, therefore please provide an alternative address for delivery if you so wish. An opportunity to provide this alternative address will be given at checkout. Please allow 7 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.  We always strive to beat our minimum targets for delivery and it is reported to us through customer feedback, that on most occasions the goods arrive within 24/48hrs if placed Monday – Friday.

Delivery Costs & Postage Options

UK orders £20.00 and under

• Our small order UK delivery charge is £3.95. This is applicable to all orders received totalling £20.00 or under. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail “Signed For” First Class, therefore a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. Please allow 7 working days from placing the order to avoid disappointment. This service is not guaranteed for next day delivery.
• To upgrade to Next Day Guaranteed is £4.95 please contact the Product team on 0870 850 1078 to inform us of this and pay for this up-charge

UK orders over £20.00 - £99.99

• All other orders delivered to the UK, delivery charge is £5.95. This is applicable to all orders received totalling £20.01 - £99.99. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail “Signed For” First Class or Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed (dependant on weight), therefore a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. Please allow 7 working days from placing the order to avoid disappointment. This service is not guaranteed for next day delivery.
• To upgrade to Next Day Courier is £4.95 please contact the Product team on 0870 850 1078 to inform us of this and pay for this up-charge.  This service is available Mon-Fri, for orders to be received Mon-Sat

UK orders over £100.00 

• Delivery to the UK is FREE. This is applicable to all orders received totalling £100.00 or over. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail via Recorded & Trackable Postal Service (dependant on weight), therefore a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. 
• To upgrade to Next Day Courier is £6.95 please contact the Product team on 0870 850 1078 to inform us of this and pay for this up-charge. This service is available Mon-Fri, for orders to be received Mon-Sat

International Orders 

• We are happy to send our products to any international location, although please note, delivery costs vary dependant on country. Therefore please contact us so we can confirm your delivery cost before ordering. Upon acceptance of the cost, we will send you an invoice.
• Orders are despatched by the most appropriate method for the destination country. 
• All international orders are despatched via signed for postage or Airsure postage.
• Delivery times will vary, but we will advise on this upon ordering.
